Job Description: The Turner Legal Department is looking for an experienced entertainment paralegal to handle various tasks relating to development and production of original TV series programming. Responsibilities include drafting or reviewing and negotiating talent and production agreements (including certificates of authorship and employment, writer and producer agreements, performer day player and weekly agreements, crew deal memos, assignments, releases, location agreements, clip licenses, vendor agreements, termination and turnaround agreements, consulting agreements, etc.), filing financings statements, chain of title and rights analysis, preparing and updating rights and contract summaries/spreadsheets, serving as liaison with clients and third parties, and managing and updating contract forms as necessary.
